No returns. All sales are final, with the exception of damaged or defective items. Your choice of replacement or refund for any damaged or defective items.
We expect you to check in your order as soon as you receive it. All and any damages or shortages must be reported within 5 business days. No exceptions. We ship all packages insured. If you receive and item damaged, you need to notify us immediately so we can start the claim process. Save the damaged item(s) and packaging, UPS may need to pick up the damaged package to complete the claim so we can re-send your order out. Claims can take 1-2 weeks for processing. If you believe an item you received is defective, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please note, to receive a refund or replacement we will need a photo of the damaged or defective item. If you have the ability to take photographs of all damage and the shipping container it may help the process.
Do you refund my shipping?
Shipping is refunded when we are at fault for the concern. If the error is not ours then shipping is not refundable.
Please do not refuse any of our shipments. When you do so we are charged the return shipping costs. Some of our products ship from distribution facilities and I may be unable to re-obtain the package. Refusing a shipment does not result in a refund and we consider you responsible for all extra costs incurred if you do so.
